We are looking for a “hunter” Account Executive to be part of the Client Development team to drive new business growth at Tatari. In this role, you will be integral to all stages of the sales cycle from initial strategy and pipeline generation to deal negotiation and close. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of both the TV advertising industry coupled with previous sales experience at a media or adtech company.
Responsibilities
- Drive leads, grow the pipeline, push deal progression, and meet sales quotas.
- Focus on acquiring clients that are doing at least $10M in ARR, helping them transition or expand into TV advertising.
- Understand the mindset of performance/growth marketers in order to deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to prospects.
- Negotiate business terms with decision-makers and executives.
- Work closely with the Client Services and Media Buying teams to strategically support account growth–helping them transition or expand into TV advertising.
- Effectively communicate with Client Development leadership regarding pipeline, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in B2B performance advertising sales (preferably linear or CTV)
- Demonstrated past success achieving revenue objectives
- Ability to tell a story with data, and clearly communicate technical terms and concepts
- High motor to keep pace with fast moving clients to quickly grow the business
- Strong sense of ownership, self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as fostering a collaborative environment
- Great presentation and listening skills—you come prepared to every meeting
- Experience with CRM software is a plus (we use Hubspot)
- Bachelor’s degree required

- Compensation: $93,750-123,750
- The range provided is Tatari's estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual total compensation includes an additional bonus structure and will be based on several factors, including relevant work experience and qualifications.
