About the Role
The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Campaign Manager is a performance driven advertising role that will help develop, implement, and optimize our clients’ digital marketing strategy as well as help grow our digital marketing platform. You will be involved in various areas of the SEM workflow.
Your Area of Focus
- Work with our Digital Marketing Specialists to plan, develop, and implement comprehensive strategies to increase visibility, brand recognition and drive lead/user acquisition across online, paid advertising channels
- Continually test and optimize campaigns to maximize effectiveness and conversions using A/B and multivariate testing models
- Identify and track key program/campaign metrics, and provide analysis to demonstrate goal achievement and areas of optimization
- Responsibility for planning, purchasing and budgetary control of online, paid advertising programs
- Leverage SEM knowledge and experience to help continually optimize and improve Tebra’s Practice Growth platform.
- Effectively manage 125+ accounts
- Assist on strategy or escalation calls at discretion of manager & take on escalation transfer accounts
- Proactive approach to improve SEM campaign performance for customers
- Share performance insights with SEM team members and the broader Services team

Your Professional Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a digital marketing role with exposure to SEM or display ad campaigns across advertising networks such as Google, Bing, Adroll, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. **Google Ad certification is required.**
- 1+ years of active SEM Account Management experience in an agency or similar role.
- Passion for digital marketing and a basic understanding of existing and emerging PPC products and services, as well as other forms of paid placement and online lead generation programs. Having a basic understanding of local SEM/SEO is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel with proven experience analyzing and working with large data sets.
- Client-facing experience is a plus
- Healthcare experience is not required but previous experience marketing to medical practices and/or physicians is a plus.
