What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience working as a Technical Business Analyst in software development environments.
• Previous hands-on experience in Quality Assurance or Application Quality Control.
• Solid understanding of technical concepts such as API architecture, integration flows, REST services, JSON structures, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API Keys).
• Proven ability to gather, interpret, and document highly technical requirements with minimal business rules context.
• Strong skills in writing clear, structured, and technically-oriented user stories, including the definition of acceptance criteria and "ready" conditions.
• Extensive experience collaborating directly with development and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficient in project and backlog management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical language into actionable requirements for cross-functional teams.
• Highly detail-oriented, with a structured and quality-focused approach to deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Advanced English level
