We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Associate Business Solutions Specialist to join our Implementation team. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams (Configuration, Integration, Contract Center, and Support) to ensure accurate dealership setup in the ARC platform based on Blueprint documentation.
This role is critical to delivering a seamless onboarding and configuration experience for dealerships by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review dealership Blueprints and map them to ARC system configurations.
- Configure dealership setup in ARC (Scheduling Settings, Opcode Management, Service Settings, Labor Pricing, Cashiering, Transportation, etc.).
- Validate data accuracy in Report Cards and drop comments for dependencies or clarifications.
- Collaborate with Integration and Support teams for setup dependencies.
- Document setup steps in Confluence and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Identify and escalate gaps, missing information, or discrepancies in the Blueprint.
- Provide inputs to automation initiatives to reduce manual configuration effort.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all assigned implementation projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in Business System Support.
- Hands-on experience with system configurations, workflow setups, or financial statement mapping.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, Confluence, JIRA (or similar tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good to have:
- Strong understanding of dealership operations (Service, Parts, Finance, Accounting)
