Job Summary:

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Product Team. In this role, you will own and evolve core product capabilities that drive customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business growth at scale.

You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, and Customer Success teams to define product strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable business impact. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in complex domains, brings strong customer empathy, and can balance long-term platform thinking with near-term execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle—leading discovery, definition, delivery, launch, adoption, and ongoing iteration
  • Shape and continuously refine product strategy and roadmap in line with company priorities, customer needs, and the broader platform vision
  • Take clear ownership of business outcomes—driving adoption, engagement, satisfaction, usage, conversion, and measurable impact
  • Partner closely with GTM and Customer Success to ensure every release translates into tangible, trackable customer value
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding user workflows, pain points, and end-to-end lifecycle requirements
  • Systematically collect and synthesize customer feedback, product usage signals, and market insights to guide decisions and priorities
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for your product areas and ensure teams align to them from planning through launch
  • Use data to prioritize investments, evaluate trade-offs, and steer post-launch improvements with discipline
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Align stakeholders across product areas to maintain roadmap cohesion and platform consistency
  • Build with platform and scale in mind—designing solutions that work across segments, geographies, and enterprise needs
  • Balance speed and quality by delivering configurable, extensible, and maintainable solutions
  • Mentor and coach Product Managers (as applicable), raising the bar on product thinking, execution, and customer empathy
  • Influence and embed strong product practices—planning rituals, decision frameworks, and operating cadence across the team
  • Enable high-velocity execution by clarifying priorities, managing dependencies, and making informed trade-offs for short-term wins and long-term outcomes

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience owning customer-facing SaaS products
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Engineering) preferred
  • Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams
  • Strong business acumen and ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Proven track record of driving product adoption and measurable business impact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams
  • Strong prioritization skills and stakeholder alignment capabilities
  • Hands-on product leader with strong judgment and bias for action
  • End-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, including post-launch iteration
  • Experience building scalable systems and processes

 Preferred Skills

  • Experience in AI/ML product management
  • Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Industry domain expertise in relevant verticals (preferred but not mandatory)

Perks and Benefits

  • Competitive compensation
  • Generous stock options
  • Medical Insurance coverage
  • Work with some of the brightest minds from Silicon Valley’s most dominant and successful companies
