What You’ll Do
We’re building the future of auto shop fintech, and we're looking for a Director of Fintech Sales & GTM to lead the charge. In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you’ll define and scale the go-to-market strategy for our growing fintech product suite—including Payments, Capital, Instant Payouts, BNPL, and Issuing. You’ll own the sales playbook, build the foundation for a fintech sales team, and work hand-in-hand with Marketing and RevOps to drive results. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth, launch major initiatives, and directly influence board-level metrics.
- Own end-to-end sales strategy and execution for all fintech products, including payments processing, payroll, and embedded finance.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Track and improve attach rates, conversion rates, and activation milestones.
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing fintech-focused sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and deal strategy support.
- Establish a scalable sales motion for both high-velocity and consultative selling.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and RevOps on GTM planning and execution.
- Continuously refine messaging and value proposition based on market insights.
- Own the entire sales funnel from lead to close.
- Implement disciplined pipeline management and forecasting processes.
- Partner with RevOps to build reporting tools and monitor funnel health.
- Personally engage with strategic accounts to drive enterprise deals.
- Gather and share field intelligence to inform product and GTM strategy.
- Coordinate joint go-to-market efforts and account strategies.
- Drive retention and upsell efforts through cross-functional alignment.
- Develop sales playbooks, ROI calculators, and training resources.
- Ensure team is equipped to sell the full fintech suite with confidence.
- Analyze and report on sales performance, conversion metrics, and GTM efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve cycle time, attach rate, and revenue per customer.
What you Bring
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a high-growth, fast-paced sales environment.
- Experience in building and scaling go-to-market strategies for multi-product offerings.
- Strong leadership background with experience recruiting, managing, and coaching high-performing sales teams.
- Ability to lead strategic sales cycles, especially in complex or consultative sales environments (e.g., mid-market or enterprise accounts).
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Customer Success.
- Strong analytical skills—ability to build forecasts, set KPIs, and interpret performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience selling to C-level executives, including CFOs and COOs.
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Stripe, Square, or other fintech/payment platforms
