We're driven by a desire to transform and modernize what's antiquated, automate the manual, and solve real-world problems through innovative connectivity solutions. As a testament to our success, we're proud to stand as a financially stable and profitable company. Our robust profitability allows us not only to invest in pioneering technologies but also to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth for our team.

Our collective vision is a world where borderless connectivity fuels limitless innovation. By joining us, you can be part of laying the foundations for this interconnected future. We're currently seeking passionate individuals who are excited about the opportunity to contribute to an industry-shaping company while growing their own skills and careers.

About you:

You relish the interaction details that make products delightful, the technical challenges involved in building a highly performant web app, and the research, experimentation and coaching that goes into applying better systems of abstraction in a collaborative codebase. Product intuition and empathy with the user are as much of a necessity as applied technical knowledge of best practices in frontend engineering.

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Engineer with a strong background in React.js, Next.js, and modern DevOps processes to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of development and deployment, with a keen eye for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our user interfaces, leading front-end best practice. If you're passionate about creating seamless, responsive, and robust web applications while ensuring smooth deployment pipelines, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and optimize modern web applications using React.js and Next.js.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to implement engaging user experiences.
  • Manage deployment workflows using Vercel and CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable releases.
  • Participate in end-to-end DevOps processes, including monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows industry best practices.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving front-end technologies and propose improvements to our tech stack and workflows.
  • Lead and contribute to the migration of our styling system from Stitches CSS to Tailwind CSS.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience developing and deploying production-grade web applications using Next.js and React.js.
  • Deep understanding of Next.js features like server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), API routes, and incremental static regeneration (ISR).
  • Proven experience deploying applications on Vercel and working with its platform features (e.g., previews, analytics, edge functions).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices in a front-end context.
  • Strong familiarity with CSS-in-JS solutions (ideally Stitches) and hands-on experience or enthusiasm for Tailwind CSS.
  • Proficient in writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest or similar.
  • Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
  • Comfortable working in Agile or Lean development environments with tools like Jira, GitHub Projects, or similar.

Nice to Have

  • Experience integrating front-end applications with headless CMSs such as Contentful and Strapi.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript and adopting type-safe coding practices.
  • Exposure to edge computing concepts, CDN configuration, or security best practices for front-end applications.
  • Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or a very related field.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
