The Role
Telnyx is the only communications and AI infrastructure provider with the network architecture, data residency, and carrier licenses to serve regulated industries globally. We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own vertical positioning for Healthcare, Financial Services, Contact Center, and CPaaS builders.
We're expanding our global footprint and Latin America is strategically important to our growth.
What you'll do:
- Own positioning and messaging for Industry & Solutions globally — with a focus on regulated verticals
- Develop deep understanding of buyers in Healthcare, Financial Services, and Contact Center — their pain points, buying processes, and compliance requirements
- Cover integrations with the Telnyx platform per industry — HIPAA-compliant healthcare workflows, Sabre integrations for travel, PCI for financial services, and more
- Develop GTM strategy and competitive intelligence — how does Telnyx differentiate and win in each vertical?
- Iterate on strategic briefs based on sales feedback, competitor shifts, new features, and customer wins
- Deliver webinars, demos, and explainer content that converts vertical audiences
What we're looking for:
- 2-4 years in product marketing, with experience in B2B enterprise or regulated industries a plus
- Strategic thinking — you understand markets, not just products
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe, Veo3) for fast iteration on marketing content
- Comfortable presenting — webinars, demos, sales enablement, analyst interactions
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory topics (HIPAA, GDPR, data residency)
Nice to have:
- Experience in contact center or communications
- Experience working closely with senior Sales and leadership on positioning and enablement
