Senior Sales Enablement Manager
About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing GTM Enablement team. This is a critical role that will directly impact our sales team's ability to engage effectively with developers and decision-makers.
As one of the founding members of our enablement team, you'll have the opportunity to help build the foundations that will scale with us. While we have strong ideas about where we're headed, we need someone who's excited about building core programs from scratch, establishing our enablement tech stack, and creating the playbooks that will help us accelerate through our next phase of growth.
This role reports to the Head of GTM Enablement and will work closely with sales, product marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure our field organization has the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver comprehensive new hire onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-productivity
- Own the global enablement calendar and drive consistent skill development across all GTM teams
- Create practical, field-ready content by synthesizing customer insights, win/loss data, and rep feedback into usable playbooks and assets
- Be a core part of how we build and optimize our enablement tech stack, ranging from our LMS to AI-powered workflows
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in B2B sales enablement or related sales roles
- Builder mentality - Experience building from 0 to 1 and scaling through hyper-growth
- Strong foundations in sales methodology and best practices.
- Genuine seller empathy - You’ve either carried a quote yourself or done the work to gain a deep understand of your stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills - You can deliver compelling trainings and simplify complex technical concepts for sales audiences
- Proficiency with core enablement tech stack (e.g. Gong, Outreach, LMS)
- Operational excellence - You constantly seek to eliminate or automate repetitive busywork, have a high bar for excellence in what you deliver.
- Data-driven approach to prioritization and program design – you measure what matters
Compensation
- The estimated pay range for this role is $140,000 - 170,000
- This role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan
