As one of the founding members of our enablement team, you'll have the opportunity to help build the foundations that will scale with us. While we have strong ideas about where we're headed, we need someone who's excited about building core programs from scratch, establishing our enablement tech stack, and creating the playbooks that will help us accelerate through our next phase of growth.
This role reports to the Head of GTM Enablement and will work closely with sales, product marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure our field organization has the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed.

- Partner with Cross-Functional Teams - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Product Marketing, and other GTM functions to translate strategic initiatives into actionable sales enablement programs and ensure field readiness for pipeline generation
- Translate Technical Complexity - Break down core concepts and translate them into compelling enablement content for diverse audiences, partnering with SMEs when needed

What You'll Bring
- Builder Mindset - You thrive in a fast-paced environment where we’re building from 0 to 1 and scaling through hypergrowth. You have a bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity and able to balance velocity and quality in the work that you ship.
- Seller Empathy - You have a deep understanding of the daily realities of prospecting, pipeline management, and deal execution because you’ve either carried a quota yourself or done the work to gain a deep understanding of your stakeholders
- Relevant Experience - Minimum of 5+ years in sales (quota-carrying or revenue focused) or sales enablement, with at least 3+ years specifically in sales enablement
- Methodology Expertise - You have a strong grasp of common sales methodologies and the ability to teach and implement MEDDPICC. (Bonus: Command of the Message certified)
- Stakeholder Management - Exceptional ability to navigate competing priorities, facilitate difficult trade-off conversations, and build consensus among diverse leadership stakeholders
- Project Management Excellence - Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while keeping teams accountable and on track
- Content Creation & Facilitation - Natural teacher and presenter who can create compelling training content and deliver engaging learning experiences
- Data-Driven Approach - You measure what matters and go beyond baseline completion and NPS metrics. You have a deep understanding of sales metrics and leading indicators and constantly seek to connect enablement initiatives back to business impact.
