Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise
About Temporal
About The Role
If you are a product marketer looking to build and own key initiatives in enterprise product marketing at a fast-growing, industry-defining startup, this role is for you. Temporal has made headway with customers at some of the largest, most exciting brands in the world, and we’re hiring the team that will take our growth to the next level. In this role, you’ll be a critical leader of enterprise messaging and programs.
We’re open to candidates with a range of experience. If you’re earlier in your product marketing career and meet the core requirements, you may join as a Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise. If you bring more extensive experience and a track record of driving high-impact initiatives, you may be considered for the Senior Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise level.
What You’ll Do
- Messaging: Develop messaging that translates Temporal’s technical capabilities into compelling business value for enterprise champions, buyers, and decision makers.
- Sales programs and enablement: Collaborate with our enterprise sales team and Enablement Lead to build programs and content that accelerate opportunities, such as pitch decks, objection handling, playbooks, ROI and TCO models.
- Solutions: Own and contribute to key solutions and verticals, such as Financial Services and AI, and build out marketing programs and sales playbooks to generate pipeline and influence opportunities within these areas.
- Campaigns: Drive integrated campaigns with Demand Generation to build awareness, generate pipeline, and influence active opportunities.
- Customer Storytelling: Build compelling customer stories and proof, in a variety of formats including written and video. Be the internal expert on customer stories, including maintaining an internal database of customer information for sales and marketing.
- Measurement: Partner with our Ops and Growth teams to understand how your efforts are impacting the business, and iterate based on learnings.
What You’ll Bring
- You have 3 - 5+ years in Product Marketing with ownership across positioning, enablement, and go-to-market programs for enterprises.
- You’re a strategic thinker, able to define cross-function programs and campaigns. You understand the why and the how, and can get others on board with your vision.
- You’re a natural storyteller and can put yourself in a seller’s or customer’s shoes to create messaging that will resonate with the audience.
- You have empathy for sellers and are excited about collaborating with, learning from, and enabling the Account Executives and Solutions Architects who are boots-on-ground with our customers.
- You have experience marketing a technical product to a technical audience, with an understanding of what makes engineering teams tick, and how to translate features into business value for engineering leaders.
- You’re a bit nerdy, naturally curious, and love learning. Temporal is a nerdy company that sells technical product to a technical audience, and every single person we hire across the board reflects those values.
- Bonus: You have experience marketing tools for software engineers building AI agents and systems.
