- Cultivate a strong engineering culture focused on ownership, reliability, quality, and continuous improvement
- Develop scalable engineering processes across agile, CI/CD, and cloud-native environments
- Mentor engineers and frontline managers to grow their capabilities and career trajectories
- Support customer engagements and critical escalations, championing operational excellence
- Drive innovation through a balance of technical depth, risk-taking, and customer empathy

- Strong technical background in Java, Kotlin, or similar backend stack, with experience in microservices architecture
- Deep understanding of web application security principles, vulnerability scanning, and secure SDLC practices
- Experience operating large-scale, distributed systems using AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Passion for building inclusive, accountable, and collaborative teams that deliver
- Familiarity with OWASP Top 10, HTTP protocol intricacies, browser behaviors, and dynamic/static analysis tools is a big plus
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field
And Ideally:
- Hands-on experience with web vulnerability scanning engines, dynamic application security testing (DAST), or similar tooling
