Who are we?

Thanx is a leading loyalty and guest engagement platform for restaurants. Thanx helps regional and national restaurant brands grow customer lifetime value with easy-to-use lifecycle marketing automations and innovative customer loyalty tools focused on access, status, and personalization, over rote discounts. Thanx’s proprietary credit card tokenization technology, deep POS integrations, and loyalty-integrated ordering experiences dramatically increase the volume and accuracy of purchase data, which sits at the core of our CRM suite of tools, and our app and web-based ordering experiences deliver industry-leading conversion and repeat purchasing. We were named to Nation’s Restaurant News “2020 Power List” as one of the 50 most influential innovators in food service.

Thanx has secured investments from prominent venture and growth equity luminaries, having raised over $30M from elite investors such as M33 Growth, Ribbit Capital, and Sequoia Capital. At the core of our success is a culture that has attracted some of the best talent from across the country. We are proud of our incredibly strong employee tenure, a track record of internal promotions, and our impressive alumni network. We credit our cultural “core behaviors” with these accomplishments: Find A Way, Focus on What Matters, Say “Thanx” Genuinely, Welcome Diverse Perspectives, and Empathy Over Ego.

Your Next Role

The restaurant technology market is incredibly hot right now. With several strong IPOs in recent years (DoorDash, Toast, Olo), there has never been a bigger opportunity for Thanx to expand our partner footprint. We want to accelerate integrations and develop deep relationships with both technology and agency partners.

This is not a traditional partnerships role—it’s highly cross-functional and central to Thanx’s go-to-market strategy. You’ll report to the VP of Marketing, but work closely with the CEO, product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure we’re solving real customer problems and unlocking new revenue opportunities. Your impact will be measured by the pipeline and bookings attributed to partnerships.

We are hiring for 100% remote roles at all levels; this job can be based anywhere in the US or Canada.

What You'll Do

Partner Strategy & Execution

  • Become an expert on the restaurant technology ecosystem
  • Engage with new and existing partners to build strategic plans that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Collaborate with product management on resource needs and make informed recommendations on partnership priorities
  • Manage and grow existing partner relationships to maximize commercial outcomes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing to identify and execute co-marketing opportunities that drive partner-initiated pipeline
  • Support the sales team with deals involving current or prospective partners
Ensure internal alignment on key partnerships and maintain visibility into evolving partner roadmaps

Pipeline Growth & Revenue Impact

  • Drive meaningful revenue through partner-influenced or sourced opportunities
  • Track and report on partnership performance, including pipeline contribution, closed-won revenue, and strategic influence

What You'll Bring

Experience

  • A track record of impacting revenue for a dynamic, fast-growing SaaS business
  • Demonstrated success in business development, partnerships, consulting, or other highly analytical and relationship-driven roles
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams
  • Strong client/partner management experience—ideally in a SaaS, agency, or restaurant/retail context

Skills & Expertise

  • Strategic thinker who can execute at any level of detail
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Deep interest in the restaurant or retail industry and ability to quickly learn and articulate buyer pain points
  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Curious, analytical, and relentlessly resourceful
