Clinical Manager

Position Overview:
The Clinical Manager will provide leadership for a team of staff members at the site as well as ensuring that the program integrity is upheld by, groups, and all staff members. This includes establishing a professional relationship, helping to resolve issues as they arise, giving feedback on performance and facilitating an atmosphere in which excellence in client care is provided. This is a Clinical Manager and Therapist role.
Schedule:
- 0.5 FTE (20 hours/week) to 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
- Monday-Friday 8a-5p, some variability
- Monthly weekend on-call and holiday rotations
Qualifications:
- Current independent license in the state of employment required (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC)
- Related supervisory/management experienced strongly preferred
- Solid interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with staff and vendors
- A “hands-on” leadership style with the ability to model and reinforce a strong collaborative style
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make timely decisions on problems requiring immediate attention. Ability to think critically
