Compensation: $20.50 an hour 

  

What You’ll Do 

As a Demand Support Specialist in our Demands department, we have the opportunity to assist attorneys by writing compelling and empathetic demands that summarize the client’s medical treatment, pain, and suffering. You will then send the settlement demand to the insurance company and follow up to ensure it’s received.  

What to Expect 

  • Office Environment: You'll work onsite in our Murray, Utah location, with the potential for a hybrid schedule. 
  • Team Collaboration: You’ll work closely with attorneys and other colleagues across departments. Effective communication and collaboration are essential. 
  • High-Volume Task Management: You'll oversee multiple cases simultaneously, requiring excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks, and maintain quality. 
  • Time Management: You'll efficiently allocate time to each task by balancing urgency with thoroughness. 
  • Client Advocacy: You'll demonstrate care and detail in handling client information and telling their story in a demand.  
  • Metrics Goals: Monthly performance metrics guide your progress. Meeting targets reflects your impact on client satisfaction and team success. 

  

What You’ll Need 

  • Professional Writing Skills: Requires strong writing skills.
  • Communication Skills: Communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, and team members is essential. 
  • Organizational Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and task flows to manage and track tasks. 
  • Empathy: Ability to understand and share feelings of others, particularly when dealing with clients’ cases. 
  • Attention to Detail: Requires attention to detail when completing all work tasks.
