What you will do:

  • After selecting in-scope restaurants, you will proactively contact and schedule meetings with the owners or managers of the restaurants. You enjoy visiting potential clients both without prior appointments (drop-ins) and with scheduled meetings.
  • Through these drop-ins and meetings, you will present TheFork’s products and services with enthusiasm and engagement. You consider 4-5 drop-ins/meetings per day an achievable goal.
  • TheFork’s services include table management software, features for special promotions (e.g., 30% off the bill), an online booking calendar for the restaurant’s website, and marketing solutions.
  • You enjoy discussing with both owners and restaurant managers to understand their needs and the features they require while highlighting the opportunities provided by TheFork Manager tool and the network of guests through TheFork.
  • You value structure and will follow up with the potential clients you have engaged with until the deal is closed and the restaurant is successfully published online on TheFork and affiliate websites.

 

Who you are:

  • You speak French fluently and have a good command of English.
  • You are self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about achieving and exceeding targets.
  • You are a foodie with a strong interest in digital, tech products, and the restaurant sector.
  • You are customer- and sales-oriented with persuasive and influencing skills.
  • You are a high-performing professional with proven sales experience, comfortable closing deals in a single call.
  • You have experience in business development, preferably in B2B or restaurants/hospitality environments, and are skilled in short-term negotiations.
  • You are dynamic, independent, and thrive in fast-paced environments with excellent organisational skills.
  • You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in your role.
  • You are proficient in using a PC and Microsoft Office, with CRM software experience.
