What you will do:
As part of our dynamic international People team, you will play a key role in driving our Talent Acquisition efforts across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to contribute to a tech-driven, mission-led organisation, shaping how we attract, assess, and hire outstanding talent.
- Source and screen top talent for roles across Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Engineering/ Tech, and more.
- Conduct CV reviews and initial phone interviews, and organise the full recruitment cycle in close collaboration with Hiring Managers.
- Maintain a well-organised and up-to-date pipeline in our ATS (Greenhouse).
- Contribute to creating an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and support decision-making.
- Work closely with the broader HR team to support our recruitment goals and employer brand.
- Take part in ongoing projects and initiatives to continuously improve how we attract and engage talent.
Who you are:
- You are fluent in English and Spanish (any additional language skills are a plus)
- You bring proven experience in recruitment, ideally gained within an international or fast-paced environment.
- You have a solid understanding of end-to-end hiring processes, from talent sourcing and stakeholder management to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- You are a confident communicator who builds rapport with ease and enjoys working with people from a variety of cultural and professional backgrounds.
- You have a naturally curious mindset and a genuine interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and hiring operations.
- You are proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities with composure and sound judgement.
- You are energised by problem-solving, continuous improvement, and contributing to a collaborative People team.
