Reporting to the Executive Director, Peer Learning, the Director, Peer Learning is a key member of the Peer Learning team, who is responsible for executing on a set of Academy convening programs. For our members, these programs are designed to address critical market challenges while enabling relationship development between health system and industry executives. The Director leads content planning, recruitment, and member engagement.
Primary Job Duties:
- Develop content and ensure member engagement within designated programs
- Develop collateral to support recruitment campaign execution (agenda, discussion guides, etc.)
- Lead the discussion on priorities and direction setting with executives for the specific programs
- Conduct interviews and content calls with members to identify key topics and trends for discussion at virtual and live events
- Synthesize member feedback to develop a comprehensive program of interactive educational content
- Leverage knowledge and expertise on key healthcare topics (strategy, line operations, medical group, etc.) to ensure member meetings are fresh, compelling, innovative, and informative
- Identify and recruit members and other industry thought leaders and experts to execute compelling programming content
- Assist with the facilitation of sessions
- Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships between THMA and executive members
- Ensure member engagement within designated programs
- Partner closely with Member Development to increase member participation
- Coordinate with Event Services staff to ensure strong logistics and event execution
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ of program management experience
- 2+ years of working experience in healthcare
- Experience facilitating webinars and setting agendas
- Willingness to travel

Salary Range
$90,000 - $110,000 USD
