Sr. Product Marketing Manager

Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing will partner cross-functionally with THMA Insights and Sales teams functioning as the Marketing liaison to translate brand offerings into solid value propositions and develop content, communicating effectively to personas across the buyer’s journey. The leader in this role would also partner with Marketing’s Digital and MOPS team members to drive organizational growth via brand awareness by generating a robust content marketing strategy, establishing a SEO strategy, and generating qualified. Tactics would be implemented through brand-related prospect marketing activities, including events, programs, and the establishment and implementation of THMA’s thought leadership strategy. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and a deep understanding of segmentation, marketing campaign strategy, omnichannel marketing strategy, full funnel marketing, webinar marketing strategies, public relations, and thought leadership strategy; understanding conversion and optimization, management of brand consistency, and content optimization, email marketing, search marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and digital marketing.

The Sr. Manager, Product Marketing will be responsible for managing the development and tactical implementation of programmatic prospect campaigns. KPIs for this role will align with marketing lead generation and revenue goals. The candidate in this role would leverage creative, website, SEO/SEM, cross-functional team utilization, thought leadership initiatives and social media platforms as tools to demonstrate the value.

The leader in this role should be commercial-leaning, data driven and creative, a strong writer and communicator, have a firm grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and can create and execute marketing programs and campaigns from conception to implementation and optimization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development and execution of THMA’s product marketing strategy, which would include deep knowledge on successful implementation of Campaigns, Content, SEO, and Thought Leadership strategies.
  • Develop personas and create campaigns designed to increased awareness, leads and strategic marketing message penetration with key audiences.
  • Collaborate with various departments and across multiple stakeholders to align campaign strategies with the overall THMA strategy. Analyze the outcomes of each campaign by collecting and interpreting data, providing formal executive level readouts and reporting, and using this information to continually improve strategies and outcomes.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of brand related marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, manage press releases, and shape THMA’s company voice, increasing share of voice (SOV).
  • Understand and utilize Salesforce to retrieve data analytics allowing for more informed marketing decisions.
  • Serves as THMA’s Brand SME, providing guidance and support to team members for proper brand amplification, enabling strategic goal achievement and high-quality delivery of value.
  • Willingness and creativity in providing company-wide marketing education; strong presentation skills
  • Optimize, expand, and drive campaign efficiencies, tracking and funnel conversion metrics.

Skills & Requirements

Education 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 8+ years’ experience in strategic or product marketing roles
  • Healthcare experience required 
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills - writing, presentation development, collateral development
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally
  • High proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Skills/Knowledge 

  • Must possess high emotional intelligence
  • SEO strategy development experience, with deep expertise in content marketing and content development
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce, able to differentiate data from Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Experience creating and managing integrated thought leadership strategy via multi-channel delivery – from submitting abstracts for podium presence to comprehensive brand strategy
  • Ability to translate product and feature and benefits into easily understood value-driven messages that can be used to amplify our brand
  • Ability to communicate product information in a concise and understandable manner for optimal conversion
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and website content management systems
  • Must enjoy working with information that is technical in nature and tailoring that information for both lay and specialized audiences
  • Demonstrate proven ability to collaborate with and support multiple stakeholder groups with competing priorities
  • Flexibility; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Possess confidence and poise when presenting to and interacting with executive leadership
  • Must be results-oriented and commercial-leaning, with a data-driven personality

Salary Range

$120,000 - $140,000 USD
