Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner leads talent acquisition operations and strategy at The Health Management Academy and serves as a thought partner to leaders around how to define, scope, attract and retain talent in their organizations. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to all areas of the firm, supporting broader talent related initiatives and strategy.
Primary Job Duties:
- Recruit top talent to THMA using a variety of channels including active sourcing techniques and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter; execute full cycle searches from sourcing to offer negotiation for Senior level candidates
- Develop an evolving understanding of The Academy’s culture, business, processes, and teams to source, recruit, hire, and retain top talent
- Build familiarity with Predictive Index tool and how to leverage it in the hiring process
- Build effective relationships across the firm acting as a talent acquisition business partner to team leaders to help scope roles, develop sourcing strategies, and target candidate profiles
- Create and maintain an environment of equal opportunity employment
- Contribute to initiatives centered around culture building, candidate experience, and integration of firm values into team members daily lives at THMA
- Maintain relationships with vendors and assess additional vendors, tools, and enhancements for the recruiting process
- Work on special projects as a leader on the People & Culture team that help our growing organization
- Manage key systems including but not limited to Greenhouse, Checkr, Predictive Index, etc.
- Manage key relationships to drive recruitment funnels such as local universities or employment centers
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in a full lifecycle corporate recruiting role
- Experience recruiting for a variety of types and levels of roles
- Experience partnering with senior leaders (VP+) to grow their teams, scope roles, and attract great talent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for revenue generating roles and Director + level positions
- Experience with Greenhouse strongly preferred

Salary Range
$100,000 - $140,000 USD
