Position Summary:
The Nursing Catalyst team is an exciting new program that serves the nursing enterprise, from Chief Nursing Officers to frontline nursing leaders. Through frontline innovation sprints, peer executive exchanges and strategic insights, Nursing Catalyst supports nursing innovation at every level. The Nurse Manager Labs program currently serves hundreds of frontline leaders annually through high-touch, cohort-based change leadership programming.
The Senior Specialist is a key member of the Nursing Catalyst team that serves as the main resource accountable for tracking and managing member value for the Nurse Manager Labs program by ensuring participation and key program outcomes. In addition to operational and program management responsibilities, the Senior Specialist owns day-to-day activities for one designated Labs cohort, with oversight from their manager, including content support, member engagement, and facilitated discussions.
Primary Job Duties:
- Own day-to-day activities for one designated Labs cohort, with manager oversight, including tracking participant engagement, supporting content execution, and ensuring a high-quality member experience
- Build and manage relationships with cohort participants, maintaining regular communication to drive engagement and program satisfaction
- Present and facilitate discussions for cohort participants in both virtual and in-person settings, with guidance from Cohort Lead
- Lead end-to-end logistics for virtual and in-person member events, from recruitment and registration through execution and follow-up
- Build, track and centrally report key member engagement and program outcome KPIs to monitor cohort health
- Manage program data and documentation, including surveys, alumni project database, nomination process, and member contact information in CRM (Salesforce)
- Support development of presentations, curricular content, member communication campaigns, and program evolution
- Manage Executive-in-Residence reimbursement process and tracking with finance
- Contribute to internal process improvements and provide input to leadership on opportunities to strengthen member value delivery
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience in a related field
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Interest in the Healthcare Industry
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Salesforce preferred

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, and distance vision, and the ability to work with screens or monitors for prolonged periods of time. This position is primarily a sedentary job where the team member will be seated for the majority of the day.

Salary Range
$82,000 - $90,000 USD
