Membership Specialist, Leadership Development

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Managing Director, Leadership Development the Membership Specialist is a key member of the Leadership Development team. The Membership Specialist will schedule member calls; develop utilization tracking and outcomes processes and metrics, and update member-specific and organization-specific reporting; collaborate with the Account Management team; and assist with other day-to-day team operations.
Primary Job Duties:
- Develop and update member- and organization-level outcomes and utilization reporting for the fellowship programs; make recommendations to MD about recruitment opportunities
- Proactively schedule and prepare the MD for upcoming calls with member organizations
- Liaise with the Account Management team and Leadership Development sellers to coordinate outreach, communications cascades, and recruitment efforts
- With the Managing Director, work with the Account Management team to execute the renewal strategy, and manage reporting to support growth goals
- Assist with member recruitment for THMA events, ensuring a high-touch experience through proactive outreach, coordination, and support
- Orchestrate end-to-end preparation and fulfillment of member resources, including production of action project materials and coordination of graduation collateral, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and a polished, high-impact member experience
- Refresh and continuously update member-facing materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with evolving program priorities and member needs
- Draft, review, and manage EIR and speaker contracts for high-touchpoint engagements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational and legal standards.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-4 years of experience in a customer-focused role
- Experience working with stakeholders, preferably C-Suite executives
- Background in sales or account management a plus
- Interest in health policy

Salary Range
$70,000 - $70,000 USD
