Nous recherchons un Sales Development Representative pour rejoindre notre équipe commerciale basée à Barcelone..

Sous la responsabilité du Manager ton rôle est de générer un maximum de rendez-vous pour nos Account Managers terrain et faire ainsi partie intégrante de la croissance de Mariages.net !

LES MISSIONS:

Opérant en amont du cycle de vente, tu joues un rôle clé !

Tes missions principales consistent à générer des leads, qualifier les opportunités commerciales, puis passer le relais à l’équipe en charge du closing.

  • Identifier de nouveaux prospects par des campagnes Outbound
  • Prospection téléphonique sur la base de recherches effectuées en amont
  • Planifier un rendez-vous entre les prospects qualifiés et les Account Managers
  • Comprendre les besoins des clients et le cycle d'achat pour recueillir des informations clés
  • Transmettre les bonnes informations en tenant parfaitement à jour notre CRM
  • Collaborer étroitement avec toutes nos équipes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Satisfaction) pour contribuer par tes retours à l'amélioration continue de nos outils, de nos supports de présentation, de nos process et de nos discours commerciaux

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ:

Tu es futur.e diplômé.e d’école de commerce ou équivalent universitaire, tu es attiré.e par une fonction commerciale dans la vente de solutions innovantes.

  • Goût pour la prospection et plus particulièrement par téléphone
  • Capacités rédactionnelles: orthographe impeccable
  • Utilisation de la data pour cibler les interlocuteurs
  • Capacité à travailler main dans la main avec les account managers
  • Intérêt pour le challenge et dépassement des objectifs fixés
  • Maîtrise des réseaux sociaux et du social selling
  • Niveau B2 d’anglais
