What You’ll Accomplish
- Coordinate event logistics for donor and institutional events, ensuring smooth operations, professional execution, and high-quality guest experiences.
- Manage the intake process for internal Museum events that require use of the Public Science Common and other strategic event spaces.
- Oversee essential event operations including catering, rentals, production, transportation, and supply tracking—ensuring all elements are aligned with timelines and budgets.
- Own the creation and maintenance of event documents including production schedules, BEOs, floorplans, and supply inventories.
- Provide on-site support for events, managing behind-the-scenes operations and proactively troubleshooting logistical challenges.
- Serve as lead coordinator for smaller internal events and meetings, upholding the same high standards as flagship Museum events.
- Support the Director of Strategic Events and Events Managers by managing calendars, processing payments, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the efficient flow of department logistics.

Salary Range
$48,000 - $60,000 USD
