Product Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead ongoing product strategy and roadmap execution of our b2b web-based platform. This critical role will directly shape the user experience and drive the success for our NewForm partners.

About The Portal:
The Portal is NewForm's flagship web application, providing a seamless and intuitive platform for various service providers, and nonprofit partners to schedule events, manage their communities, and deliver courses – all made available through our NewForm mobile app.
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to own and drive the product roadmap for The Portal. You will be responsible for collaborating on product strategy and leading execution, working closely with BA, engineering, design, and business development to deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, market trends, and technical capabilities, as well as strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. This role will involve close collaboration with the Head of NewForm, the Architect, and the Senior Product Manager of our mobile application to ensure a cohesive and integrated product strategy across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and lead execution on the product roadmap for The Portal, aligning with NewForm's overall business goals. This includes collaborating with COO to ensure alignment with overall company strategy.
- Cross-Platform Strategy: Work closely with the Senior Product Manager of the mobile app to ensure a unified user experience and seamless integration between The Portal and the mobile platform.
- Technical Collaboration: Partner with the Architect to evaluate technical feasibility, explore innovative solutions, and ensure the product roadmap is technically sound.
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and identify market trends to understand user needs and inform product decisions.
- Requirements Gathering & Prioritization: Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and prioritize features based on value and feasibility.
- Product Development Lifecycle Management: Manage the product development lifecycle, from planning to execution and launch, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product plans, updates, and results to key stakeholders across the organization, including regular updates to the Head of NewForm.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement and drive data-informed decisions.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on competitive offerings and identify opportunities to differentiate The Portal in the market.
- Collaboration & Communication: Foster a collaborative and cross-functional working environment, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital product management, especially for B2B customers
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing web products.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with user research and data analysis tools.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Passion for building great products and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Availability to work in-person approximately one day a week (New England candidates only).
- Availability to work a flexible schedule with responsiveness to deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:
- $116,500 - $126,700
