
Regional Manager

As a Regional Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving performance, efficiency, and clinical excellence across multiple centers. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on oversight to optimize resource allocation, enhance profitability, and ensure seamless ABA therapy delivery. You will build and develop high-performing teams, act on key performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives. Through collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will cultivate a positive work culture, resolve escalated issues, and implement solutions that elevate center performance and client outcomes.
What you can Expect:
- Oversees and leads clinical operations of up to six centers, providing strategic direction and hands-on leadership both remotely and on-site to drive performance and efficiency.
- Drives team success through strategic talent acquisition, performance management, and retention of top-performing talent to enhance operational excellence.
- Proactively oversees census and retention to optimize resource allocation and ensure seamless delivery of ABA therapy within centers.
- Interprets and acts on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency, profitability, and treatment integrity of their established region; identifies and leads their centers with actions and solutions that will improve center performance.
- Manages and acts on data to ensure efficient use of talent in the delivery of clinical services to drive fiscal performance. Makes fiscally sound decisions to ensure client, center, and employee needs are met and budgeted results are achieved.
- Collaborates with leadership on strategies, solutions, updates, and concerns at the company, region, and/or center level.
- Cultivates a positive work culture and environment for center staff, clinicians, and families, and models servant leadership.
- Ensures that center managers maintain positive, productive relationships with and between staff, clients, and related families; ensures that all positions and parties have what is needed to achieve goals and produce maximum results.
- Dealing with escalated stakeholder issues, incidents or complaints and ensuring resolution according to company standards.
- Collaborates effectively with departments and support teams to achieve business goals.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding and application of policies and procedures as they relate to the effective operation of a center. Identifies efficiencies and develops solutions to improve operations.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree in related field (i.e., ABA, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Management, Organizational Behavior Management) strongly preferred
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification strongly preferred
- 5+ years previous experience in a management role required
- Prior multi-site experience in healthcare or related field
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communications skills
- Demonstrated experience leading projects & processes with an emphasis on people development and management
- Extensive knowledge of Human Resources practices with proven experience in resolving complex employee relations issues and navigating sensitive workplace matters
- Strong financial acumen with vast experience analyzing key performance metrics and financials
- Demonstrated expertise in behavior analytic data analysis, leveraging data-driven strategies to inform and implement operational plans that enhance organizational performance
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Reliable transportation to go to one or more centers in a business day
