Job descriptions
1. Social Media Growth
- Manage the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
- Plan content direction to increase followers, engagement, and leads
- Develop long-term content strategies rather than one-off posts
2. Performance Marketing
- Set up and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.
- Optimize ad performance to reduce cost per result
- Test different advertising strategies to improve conversion rates
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Support both online and offline events
- Improve recruitment results and drive business growth
4. Data Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze marketing and advertising data
- Provide optimization recommendations
- Develop more effective customer acquisition strategies
Basic Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or social media-related roles
- Familiar with managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, TikTok)
- Experience in running Facebook / Instagram / TikTok / Xiaohongshu ads is preferred
- Basic data analysis skills
- Creative, proactive, and strong execution ability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Salary Range
RM3,500 – RM4,000 per month
