Job descriptions

1. Social Media Growth

  • Manage the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.) 
  • Plan content direction to increase followers, engagement, and leads 
  • Develop long-term content strategies rather than one-off posts 

 

2. Performance Marketing

  • Set up and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc. 
  • Optimize ad performance to reduce cost per result 
  • Test different advertising strategies to improve conversion rates 

 

3. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities 
  • Support both online and offline events 
  • Improve recruitment results and drive business growth 

 

4. Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze marketing and advertising data 
  • Provide optimization recommendations 
  • Develop more effective customer acquisition strategies 

 

 

Basic Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields 
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or social media-related roles 
  • Familiar with managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, TikTok) 
  • Experience in running Facebook / Instagram / TikTok / Xiaohongshu ads is preferred 
  • Basic data analysis skills 
  • Creative, proactive, and strong execution ability 
  • Good communication and teamwork skills 

 

Salary Range 

RM3,500 – RM4,000 per month
