Think Academy US Online目前是全美最大的K12线上课程平台之一,隶属于好未来(TAL Education Group)。目前我们主要开设K-12全年级的数学课程、小学阶段的英文阅读写作(ELA)课程。

我们正在寻找一位 Marketing Specialist,深入美国本地市场,连接家长、社区与教育资源,发现真实的用户需求,并将这些需求转化为内容、活动、社区运营和市场增长机会。

随着对市场和业务的深入理解,你将逐步承担更大的区域业务范围,并有机会成长为 Regional Marketing Lead / Regional Market Owner。

工作职责
  • 市场研究与用户洞察: 深入了解当地学校、教育资源、家长社区及市场动态,持续发现用户需求和 Marketing 机会。
  • 家长社群运营: 进入并运营当地家长微信群,与家长建立连接,参与讨论并沉淀用户洞察。
  • 内容策划与创作: 根据家长需求策划和产出微信、小红书等渠道内容,持续优化内容方向。
  • Local Marketing: 策划和执行当地家长活动、社区合作及教育相关项目,拓展本地资源。
  • 项目推进: 独立推进 Marketing 项目,协调内外部资源,跟进执行细节并复盘项目结果。
任职要求
  • 具备 Marketing、Content、Community、Education、Social Media 等相关经验
  • 对用户需求有敏锐的观察力,具备较强的 User Sense
  • 中英文沟通能力均优秀,能够自然地与家长建立关系
  • 具备较强的信息搜集、学习和问题解决能力
  • 主动性强,执行力强,做事细致,有较强的责任心

  • 有美国本地家长社群运营经验
  • 熟悉微信群、小红书、Facebook 等社区及内容平台
  • 有 K-12 教育、Local Marketing、线下活动或社区合作经验

薪酬与职业发展

  • 薪资: 时薪 $25–$35;转为全职后,年薪为 $80,000–$100,000
    • 对于持续展现出较强的主人翁意识、工作表现优秀并能取得良好成果的候选人,将有机会转为全职岗位。
