Head of Partnerships

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Partnerships to join our team in either Dubai or London. This is a full-time, office-based role, and applicants must be currently located in either Dubai or the UK.
As the Head of Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our global footprint by developing strategic alliances and fostering high-value partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the FX and trading industry, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of partnership ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Execute Strategy: Design and implement a global partnership strategy to drive business expansion and revenue growth.

Partnership Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional partners to strengthen market presence.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with key partners to maximize engagement and retention.

Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor the partnerships team, ensuring performance against key KPIs.

Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, conduct competitive research, and leverage insights to optimize partnership initiatives.

Compliance & Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all partnership activities align with industry regulations and internal company policies.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, legal, and product teams to optimize partner-driven campaigns and initiatives.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and reporting tools to measure partnership success and continuously refine strategies.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience (5+ years) in partnership management within the FX, trading, or financial services industry.

Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners within the trading ecosystem.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on key metrics.

Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial services space.
