POSITION OVERVIEW
The Recruitment Administrator is an in-house role that provides vital support to ThreatLocker’s Talent Acquisition team. This position is highly administrative and organizational, with a strong focus on resume review, scheduling, and candidate coordination. You will work closely with the COO, internal recruiters, and cross-departmental teams to ensure recruitment processes run smoothly and candidates experience a professional and welcoming introduction to the company.
This is a professional, front-facing role requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a polished presence. Over time, this role provides a pathway to build sourcing and recruiting skills, with opportunities to expand into broader talent acquisition responsibilities.
JOB SCOPE
The Recruitment Administrator is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Reviewing resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet role requirements.
- Conducting research on candidates and talent pools to support recruiters.
- Managing scheduling: arranging interviews, sending calendar invites, and confirming details with candidates and internal teams.
- Coordinating and setting up pre-screen calls.
- Professionally greeting and assisting candidates when they visit the office.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records within the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred).
- Preparing candidate summaries and sharing structured feedback with recruiters.
- Supporting requisition intake meetings with internal teams and the COO.
- Handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes.
- Assisting with outbound sourcing activities and networking for referrals as you grow in the role
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of administrative, recruitment support, or coordination experience.
- Previous use of an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage scheduling and logistics across multiple teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — approachable and engaging.
- Professional presence, including a neat and professional dress code, when meeting candidates and representing the company.
- Comfortable with repetitive but critical tasks such as resume review and scheduling.
- Proactive and eager to grow into broader recruiting responsibilities.
- Familiarity with hiring best practices and compliance is a plus.
Growth Path
This role is designed as a launch pad into Talent Acquisition. By mastering the administrative, organizational, and candidate-facing aspects of recruiting, you will build the foundation to progress into sourcing, candidate management, and eventually a full-cycle recruiter position.
