About the Role

This position will also serve as a utility clinical support role, providing flexibility across Thrive's clinics and client needs. Depending on organizational priorities, you may carry a caseload that is split between multiple clinics, provide coverage for temporary staffing needs, or support clinics experiencing changes in caseload or clinical capacity. This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys variety, can adapt quickly to changing needs, and is comfortable working across teams and supporting multiple clinical environments.

You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping shape the future of telehealth services at Thrive.

What Makes This Role Different

  • $90,000–$100,000 starting salary, based on experience*
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates*
  • 100% remote—no clinic or in-home travel
  • Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends
  • 30 billable hours per week*
  • Comprehensive benefits
  • Supportive clinical leadership and collaboration
  • Opportunity to help build and shape a growing telehealth program

What You'll Do

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
  • Provide clinical oversight and program management for children with autism, primarily ages 2–10.
  • Conduct and oversee assessments using telehealth-adapted protocols, caregiver report, direct observation, and available clinical data.
  • Analyze clinical data and make data-driven programming decisions.
  • Provide remote supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs through live video observation.
  • Provide caregiver and parent training through telehealth and coach families on implementing ABA strategies in daily routines.
  • Collaborate virtually with families, RBTs, clinical leadership, and other professionals, including schools and multidisciplinary providers.
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation, progress reports, and authorization requests in accordance with payer and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to strengthen and grow Thrive's telehealth program.

What We're Looking For
