- Champion Small Businesses – Advocate for pro needs with urgency, designing solutions that improve the end-to-end sales experience while balancing cost and sustainability.

- Innovate with Gen AI – Lead adoption and continuous improvement of Gen AI solutions that scale and enhance sales and customer experiences.
- Measure & Improve Performance – Critically assess data to understand root causes and drive performance improvements
- Lead & Develop Teams – Manage and coach a ~20-person team of analysts and managers, motivating them with clear vision and strategy while fostering growth and performance.
In order to be successful, you must bring
- Sales Leadership Experience – 10+ years in Sales Strategy, Operations, or Success, including 5+ years leading multi-level teams (ideally analysts through senior managers).
- Strategic Problem-Solving – Proven ability to design and execute strategy, with experience in top-tier consulting or high-growth tech environments.
- Analytical Rigor – Skilled at both big-picture strategy and hands-on data analysis, including root-cause diagnosis and insight validation.
- Operational Excellence – Track record of building and scaling processes that improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience while managing cost.
- Change Leadership – Experienced in transforming organizations, elevating talent, and driving cultural shifts toward high performance.
- Influence & Communication – Strong storyteller with data and strategy; adept at aligning cross-functional teams and influencing without formal authority.
