ABOUT THE TEAM:-
The Member Accession Marketing Team (India) plays a critical role in driving Tide’s growth in the Indian market by acquiring and onboarding new members from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The team tailors marketing strategies to engage potential members, guides them through seamless onboarding, and ensures they are well-equipped to leverage Tide’s suite of financial and administrative tools. By creating localized campaigns, building strong relationships, and leveraging data for continuous improvement, the team fosters long-term member engagement, ensuring Tide becomes the go-to platform for Indian SMEs.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Operations Manager (Partnerships), you'll lead key initiatives to drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and provide insights to support the growth of QR partnerships. You’ll work with large data sets, improve reporting efficiency, and develop dashboards while collaborating with stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Take ownership of operational processes to help the Partnerships team achieve strategic goals.
- Manage and optimize workflows for seamless collaboration and timely execution of partnership deliverables.
- Analyze and interpret large data sets to generate actionable insights that inform decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and refine dashboards with detailed performance metrics and visualizations for QR/SP/PCS partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to streamline data management, reporting, and analysis processes.
- Leverage advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools to create insightful reports and dashboards for strategic decisions.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on operational initiatives.
- Utilize tools like Looker Studio to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.
- Design, implement, and manage training programs for field sales teams to achieve sales targets and maintain compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
- Develop and implement compliance training programs, monitor completion, and provide additional support as needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:-
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within the fintech space.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Looker, etc.).
- Experience with dashboarding and MIS development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
