  • Scale the partnerships approach into additional European markets by leveraging proven expertise in these regions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 10+ years of experience in Partnerships/Business Development within a fast-paced environment. You’ll be used to structuring and closing high-impact and complex deals that drive customer growth and revenue.
  • Experience managing P&L, including sales commissions and revenue streams - and in leading teams. You will also ensure the partnership team upholds compliance standards and best practice, resulting in responsible and customer-centric partnerships.
  • You will bring deep UK partnerships expertise combined with international exposure; giving you an ability to execute deals in multiple markets.
  • It’s an advantage if you can bring existing experience of working within a fast-growing FinTech, marketplace/platform business or from a digital banking scaleup. Knowledge of the SME sector or other financial service networks (e.g. accounting, acquiring, credit) is also desirable.
