This is a remote position that must be based in either the Chicago, Austin or Dallas metro areas with the ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Ignite Tines' North American expansion as our Sales Leader for the Central Region. We're seeking a visionary trailblazer to revolutionize our Go-To-Market strategy, build and inspire a team of sellers, and drive explosive growth across new and existing accounts. As the catalyst for our Central Region success, you'll scout top talent, mentor high-performing account executives, and spearhead our charge into uncharted territories. What you will be doing:

  • Shape and develop a thriving, diverse sales team who are trusted advisors to Tines customers
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment with a culture of coaching and feedback
  • Win new clients and logos and expand existing customers with the support of marketing, sales engineering and business development
  • Development of a high performing diverse Account Executive team, including recruiting, hiring and coaching
  • Advise and guide the Account Executive team to manage customer deals that create business value and ROI for Tines customers
  • Provide support and guidance to direct reports by participating in customer and prospect meetings
  • Create, guide and manage Tines business campaigns to generate new customer opportunities
  • Accurately report on sales activity and forecast to senior leadership
  • Leverage and plan the various resources at your disposal (customer success, solutions engineering, marketing, lead generation ) to identify and win new business for Tines
  • Create and develop an Account Executive talent pool for the wider sales organization
  • Lead complex customer engagements when necessary to assist with winning business against competition

What you bring with you:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in managing, coaching, developing and mentoring SaaS sales teams
  • Results Orientated: Proven success consistently performing against quotas and metrics. A Hunter / builder mentality with a strong drive for results and over-achievement
  • Adaptable: Willingness to pivot and change direction based on external factors and company focus / direction
  • Growth / Scaling environment: Time spent in a sales leadership capacity at a scaling, growth stage SaaS company
  • Better Together: Well-versed in indirect selling including partnering with channel and technology alliance partners
  • Operational Rigor: An operational lens that will ensure that planning and strategy are central to the team’s success
  • Growth Mindset: See challenges, setbacks and losses as opportunities for growth, progression and learning
  • Collaborative: Can collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment.
  • Empathetic: Strong engagement and relationship building skills. Having the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside of Tines
  • Resourceful: Experience as a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues. Understanding how to use the resources at your disposal to optimum effect ( Sales Development ,Marketing, Legal, Customer Success)
  • Curiosity: Open minded approach to situations, with a genuine interest to understand or know more. Understanding of MEDDICC or other value selling methodology
  • Willingness to learn: Experience in IT / cyber security / automation is preferred but not necessary. Excited to learn new technologies and concepts

Annual on target compensation (salary + commission): $400k + equity
