The Role

Our website is the digital front door to Tines, and we want to turn it into an always on engine for growth. We’re looking for a Web Marketing Manager to own and elevate our web presence end to end. This role will transform our site into a high performing, technically sound, and conversion focused machine that drives traffic, leads, and impact at scale.

What You’ll Own

  • Website Roadmap & Conversion Optimization

    Support our website strategy and roadmap. Partner with web developers and marketing stakeholders to translate business goals into a prioritized backlog for delivery. Drive conversion rate optimization to maximize lead capture across our site.

  • Website Technical Health

    Own the technical health of our website. Monitor and improve performance across core web vitals like site speed, LCP, INP, and CLS, ensuring best in class benchmarks.

  • Technical SEO

    Define and execute a best in class technical SEO strategy. Ensure all pages are indexed, optimized, and ranking on the first page for high value keywords.

  • SEO Content Strategy

    Translate business objectives and search trends into a data backed SEO content roadmap. Partner with the content team to create and optimize content that attracts, engages, and converts our audience at scale.

  • AI Search Optimization (AEO)

    Keep Tines ahead of the curve in AI driven search. Stay on top of generative AI search developments, and ensure our website and content strategy are primed for visibility in next gen search results.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of hands on experience in web marketing, SEO, and site optimization.
  • A proven track record of building high performing websites that drive traffic and lead generation.
  • Deep knowledge of technical SEO, web vitals, and site performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, GSC, Posthog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
  • A strategic thinker who can translate business goals into technical and content roadmaps.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with developers, marketers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends, especially in search and AI.
