Head of Marketing, US

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to take charge of all US marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects. You will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance our US presence, allocating resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department. We are looking for a talented marketing strategist. In this role, you will lead our Marketing department to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation initiatives to drive new leads and nurture our existing database of leads
  • Create integrated paid and organic programs that significantly increase customer awareness and overall pipeline, from digital campaigns (email, social, SEM, etc) to offline event marketing 
  • Improve and manage our US website with compelling content, to increase traffic and build credibility and trust with prospective customers
  • Partner closely with sales team to align efforts and US business strategy, in order to drive revenue
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts
  • Build and foster relationships with partners and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments, including design, product and engineering, to create cohesive demand generation efforts
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new, relevant technologies
  • Lead the development of existing channel partners, ensuring they are fully equipped and motivated to drive sales and market expansion for our solutions.
  • Design and implement partner enablement programs, including training, co-marketing initiatives, and resource allocation, to ensure partners are successful in promoting and selling our products.
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, or a related field, in the B2B enterprise software industry
  • Proven experience developing content (in conjunction with graphic designers & content marketers) and optimizing content across multiple marketing channels
  • Proficiency in Hubspot or other marketing automation and CRM software
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Startup experience, with flexibility and adaptability to change

Nice-to-Haves

  • Solid knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing), marketing analytics
  • Proven ability to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with channel partners, including joint promotions, events, and content creation, to drive brand awareness and generate leads through partner networks
