Product Manager

As a Product Manager at MODE, you will be part of our Product Management team, taking on the responsibility to make our product, BizStack, the best IoT x AI product globally. You will work closely with the Business Team (Business Development and Sales) to understand customer challenges, conceptualize the end-to-end customer experience using BizStack, propose necessary features, prioritize them, and collaborate with the development team to bring these ideas to life.

In this position, your primary responsibility will be to make BizStack the IoT platform with the industry's best Enterprise Experience. This means delivering the experiences and features required by enterprises when adopting BizStack, such as security, user account management, billing management, and auditing, while building a safe and robust system. Unlike typical IoT platforms designed for PoCs or small-scale use, BizStack is a platform intended for use across large enterprises. Maximizing the Enterprise Experience is crucial for getting more customer companies to adopt our system and serves as a key differentiator from our competitors.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap and lead product development of our core product, BizStack
• Create competitive products by interacting with customers and visiting work sites
• Prioritize key initiatives and high ROI features, to maximize the leverage of our BizStack offering
• Collaborate closely with other Product Managers, UX Designer, Engineering leadership and Delivery team to understand demands from customer projects
• Run weekly meetings to manage the development schedule and timeline
• Prioritize product initiatives based on realistic assessment of engineering resource availability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Project Management in the B2B/enterprise system industry
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Solid technical foundation, either as a former Engineer or Technical Product Manager
• Proficient in business and marketing acumen with the ability to engage and discuss business/marketing strategies on par with stakeholders
• Business-level proficiency in English
