Club Quality and Member Support Representative (Hybrid)
Summary
In the role of Club Quality and Member Support Representative you will interact internally with our team as well as externally with Toastmasters International members from around the world. This position requires a person with an understanding of customer support principles, excellent communication skills, data entry skills, and a passion for service. The Club Quality and Member Support Representative position is a developmental role intended to transition directly into the Club Quality and Member Support Specialist position within six to nine months from date of hire. Description
- Provide real-time customer service and support to members
- Communicate courteously with members via telephone, email, and chat
- Monitor ongoing issues and investigate escalations
- Answer member inquiries and recommend corrective solutions
- Process financial transactions and update member and club information
- Help maintain the accuracy of data and records
- Use a computerized system to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve inquiries
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and members
- Prepare, scan, and distribute documents, certificates, and letters
- Review and prepare mail for processing
- Other duties as required by management
Knowledge and Skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented individual, with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to write professional, clear, and concise communications
- Ability to adapt to business needs and handle a high volume of real-time customer interaction
- Data entry experience with demonstrated speed and accuracy
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, which includes advanced problem solving, and sophisticated member satisfaction techniques
- Must be able to work on a team, as well as independently
- Non-profit experience a plus
- Contact center experience a plus
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Intermediate skills – Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum of two years of data entry experience
- Minimum of three years customer service experience
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Pay Range
$45,240 - $45,240 USD
Compliance with all company policies, including but not limited to the company’s COVID-19 vaccination policy and testing and face covering policy, is a condition of employment. You must be able to connect to a reliable internet service to perform all job duties when working from home. Work authorization is required, and sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
This is a hybrid role, with some days remote and some days on-site (typically 2 per week) in our office at 9127 S. Jamaica St. Englewood, CO 80112. When working in the office, we follow CDC guidelines.
