We’re looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team at Too Good To Go based in Austin, Texas (hybrid). Sounds like your kind of mission? Here is what it will entail:
Your role:
- Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for high-volume sales roles, hiring at speed without sacrificing our values, and maintaining our company standard Time To Hire.
- Proactively build and nurture a compelling, diverse pipeline of passive candidates through direct sourcing, aligning their knowledge, skills, and experience with our mission and assigned vacancies.
- Strategically establish and deepen partnerships with local universities, faculty, and career services offices to build a dedicated sales talent pipeline and strengthen the Too Good To Go brand. This includes planning and executing campus recruitment initiatives, career fairs, information sessions, and securing future speaking engagements for senior leadership.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend in-person and virtual campus career fairs, information sessions, and networking events, as well as plan future speaking engagements for senior leadership at universities.
- Act as a trusted strategic partner and subject matter expert to Hiring Managers, guiding them through the recruitment process and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Champion the Too Good To Go employer brand, generating widespread interest in our organization through innovative and creative mechanisms that go beyond standard job postings.
- Provide analytical reports on recruiting efforts for Hiring Managers and wider teams
- Own the candidate relationship and experience from initial outreach to offer, serving as the main point of contact and brand representative to ensure a consistently positive, influential, and lasting experience.
- Ensure a great and lasting experience for every candidate.
What we’re looking for:
- High-Volume Recruitment Expertise: Significant experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a high volume of vacancies
- Campus Recruitment & Brand Building: Knowledge and prior experience in leveraging university partnerships, delivering campus recruitment initiatives, career fairs, and creating opportunities to strengthen brand presence
- Direct Sourcing Experience: You are creative and able to persevere with repetitive tasks to forge the right outcome
- Commitment to DEI: You care deeply about inclusiveness and diversity in the hiring process and beyond
- Data-Driven & Results-Oriented: Experience working within a data-driven environment and working with KPI’s and targets
- ATS Familiarity: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Ability to navigate through uncertainties, ideally supported by experience in high-growth and fast-paced environments
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal: You put a lot of care into the candidate experience, and will support the ongoing expansion of Too Good To Go and be a representative of the business across all communication channels
- Autonomous work style: You are empowered by taking ownership and accountability for your workload and have the expertise in how best to prioritise your workload to achieve maximum success

What to expect from our hiring process:
- Step 1: 30-minute video interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team. We’ll share more about the role and opportunities ahead, while also getting to know you and making sure it feels like the right fit on both sides.
- Step 2: 45 minute interview with members of our Talent Acquisition Leadership team diving deeper on your experience.
- Step 3: 45-60-minute case study presentation with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Operations Manager. You'll complete a small task and present it back, as well as answer questions around your experience.
Certain US states/jurisdictions require Too Good To Go to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. Salary is $75,000 - $85,000 USD. Actual salaries will vary.
