Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at a reduced price of retail value. Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.


We’re growing fast: Our community of 107+ million users in 20 countries have already saved more than 388 million meals from going to waste - avoiding more than 1 Million tonnes of CO2e! 

Reporting to a Senior Key Account Manager in France, you will be the main point of contact for a strategic portfolio of partners. You will work closely with them to resolve operational issues and improve performance, focusing on partner relationships, retention, and data analysis to drive sustainable growth.

This is a 8-month fixed-term contract (CDD) to ensure a seamless transition and continued growth for our key accounts.

 

Your Mission

Store level : Activity and Quality optimization. 

You will be responsible for your portfolio performance at the store level : track KPIs in dashboards, build positive relationships with store level contacts, and follow up on opportunities and issues, ensuring that your key account stores perform at their best. 

Some of the daily operations of this role will include: 

-Analysis of store performance to guide daily actions and priorities 

-Offering ongoing support to stores to ensure a positive customer experience

-Continuously engaging with stores to ensure ongoing optimization and impact

-Developing store level engagement plans to grow and retain partnership

-Working collaboratively with the Key Accounts team to achieve targets and goals

 

Account Level : Strategic Growth & Acquisition

You will also drive performance at the account level for several segments of your portfolio:

-Account Management of key chains: autonomy in managing your own portfolio of chains and ensuring the relationship is strong and business KPIs are met. 

-Through your committed and reliable way of working, you continue established relationships and build close and sustainable relationships with our partners, ensuring that they have the best Too Good To Go experience.

-You are the first point of contact for our partners for all matters and coordinate internally with our colleagues from other departments, because you are primarily responsible for the success of projects, marketing campaigns, events, press releases, reporting etc. for your portfolio of accounts.

-You support our acquisition team in the roll-out of new stores by feeding and updating the sales pipelines of your accounts. 

-You develop and implement growth strategies that are tailored to the needs of our partners as well as our internal KPIs.

-You create and analyze relevant reports for internal and external purposes in order to present performance transparently and enable data-based decisions.

You work closely with all areas - nationally and internationally - and optimise processes and develop strategies for the long-term development of partnerships.

Requirements

  • Experience: Extensive experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Partnership Management.
  • Commercial Acumen: Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders (from store managers to HQ).
  • Data-Driven: Able to gain insights from performance data and present it effectively for upselling and strategic recommendations.
  • Self-Starter: Highly organized and able to proactively prioritize your work in the perpetually changing environment of a scale-up.
  • Team Player: Efficient at managing your own workload but energized by collaborating and contributing to team targets.
  • Fluency: Excellent level of English and French.
  • Passion: A true commitment to sustainability and the mission of fighting food waste.
