GTM Engineer

Tel Aviv

Skeletons, lasers, monster trucks — the Torq brand grabs attention like nothing else in cybersecurity. And we’re growing like crazy, with $70M in Series C funding, 200% employee growth, and 300% revenue growth in 2024. Fueling Torq’s growth are our game changing agentic AI security solutions, backed by a team and culture that makes Torq one of Forbes’ Best Startup Employers in America, and a Business Insider ‘startup to bet your career on’.

Life at Torq is all gas, no brakes. We’re a team of relentless, collaborative go-getters pushing the boundaries of what’s possible for security automation. Every role is an essential driver of Torq’s success as the AI-native autonomous SecOps platform of choice for security teams across the Fortune 500. Excited about our vision and ready to make an impact as we grow? We’d love to see what you can bring to the team.

We're looking for a GTM Engineer to join us at Torq and help us scale our go-to-market operations with smart code and automation.

You’ll be part of the Strategy & GTM org, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and BI.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, strategy, and revenue operations—perfect for someone who builds scalable, automated solutions to GTM challenges. You’ll design and implement systems that improve pipeline velocity, reduce operational friction, and directly accelerate business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement automations to streamline sales and marketing processes
  • Enrich prospect data, personalize outreach, and support the pipeline with actionable insights
  • Build lightweight internal tools that enable Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps to focus on high-value work
  • Integrate systems like Salesforce, Gong, Google Workspace and other business tools
  • Own projects end-to-end, from understanding the business need to delivering a working solution

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of hands-on software development experience (Python preferred), especially in building integrations or internal tools.
  • Business-oriented mindset-someone who asks “why” and “for who” before writing a line of code
  • Experience building internal tooling or GTM automations is a big plus
  • Strong communication and independence- you’ll work directly with stakeholders, ask the right questions, and turn vague problems into clear solutions
  • Bonus: ability to spin up basic frontend UIs when needed

This is a high-ownership role with fast feedback loops. After ~6–12 months, you'll have the opportunity to transition into our R&D team.
