Director of Channel, Alliances And Field Marketing 

We’re looking for a Director of Channel, Alliances And Field Marketing who will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive growth through our channel partners, strategic alliances, and targeted field marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in expanding our market reach, building upon our existing partner ecosystem, and leading a team to generate leads and pipeline. You will be a hands-on leader, adept at building and nurturing relationships, and passionate about driving measurable results.

What Will You Do?

  • Oversee and execute a comprehensive channel, alliances, and field marketing strategy that aligns with Torq's growth objectives.
  • Create and execute joint go-to-market plans with key alliance and channel partners to drive demand generation and pipeline growth. 
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for key alliance partners, working with their marketing counterparts to create and execute high-impact, co-branded marketing campaigns.
  • Define the content strategy for our channel/alliance partnerships and collaborate with the content team to produce compelling materials for joint solutions, such as solution briefs, case studies, webinars, and presentations.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the field marketing team as they execute the complete 2025 events calendar, guiding the overall success of our presence at trade shows, corporate hospitality and other events.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison to the sales team, building programs that directly support pipeline goals across regions and partners.
  • Help establish Torq’s first Partner Portal, including vendor identification, launch strategy, and ongoing management of the platform. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on the success of key partner and field marketing initiatives to evaluate the performance of marketing programs and recommend enhancements to senior leadership. 

 What Should You Bring to The Table

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong focus on partner marketing, alliances, and field marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS/software industry.
  • A demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have driven significant partner-influenced revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategy.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
