The Enterprise Applications Leader is responsible for shaping and maintaining the health, consistency, and operational effectiveness of Torq’s internal enterprise systems ecosystem.

This role focuses on ensuring that the company’s interconnected systems operate cohesively, reliably, and efficiently across departments. The Enterprise Applications Leader works in close partnership with functions such as RevOps, Marketing Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and others to align system architecture, integrations, and operational processes with business needs.

This role serves as a central coordinator and technical leader who collaborates with domain stakeholders to define direction, enable sound decision-making, and ensure the overall integrity and efficiency of the enterprise applications landscape.

Given the rapid transformation of enterprise operations driven by Artificial Intelligence, this role also plays a key part in promoting an AI-first mindset across the organization. The Enterprise Applications Leader helps teams responsibly adopt AI-driven automation while maintaining enterprise-grade governance, operational reliability, and data consistency.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including systems architecture, automation, integrations, and operational optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Governance

  • Define and collaboratively drive the enterprise applications roadmap in alignment with Torq’s growth strategy and operational needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders such as RevOps, Marketing Operations, Finance, HR, and IT to guide tool selection and architectural decisions.
  • Ensure the overall coherence, scalability, and operational efficiency of the enterprise systems landscape.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and consolidate the current systems ecosystem while maintaining business flexibility.
  • Establish governance frameworks, architectural standards, and operational best practices for enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on vendor relationships, licensing strategy, and cost optimization.

Business Applications

  • Maintain the overall integrity, consistency, and reliability of internal business systems and their integrations.
  • Work closely with departments across the organization to understand evolving operational needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations across enterprise systems using Torq’s internal integration platform.
  • Ensure data flows and system interactions remain consistent, reliable, and aligned with business processes.
  • Help teams leverage Torq’s platform and AI capabilities to responsibly adopt automation and AI-driven workflows.

GTM Systems & Sales Enablement

  • Work closely with RevOps and GTM stakeholders to support scalable sales and revenue operations systems.
  • Manage and guide the integration development team responsible for connecting internal and external tools.
  • Mentor and collaborate with the GTM Engineer responsible for implementing scalable revenue and sales workflows.
  • Ensure GTM systems remain aligned with the broader enterprise architecture and data governance principles.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working with enterprise applications in high-growth technology companies.
  • Proven experience working with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, Finance, and other core business systems.
  • Strong experience with integrations, automation, and enterprise systems architecture.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven automation, intelligent workflows, or agent-based systems.
  • Experience working closely with GTM, RevOps, or Sales Operations environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide tool selection processes and drive systems rationalization in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability.
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
