What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented EMEA eCommerce Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimization of digital commerce initiatives across MEATER’s European markets. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Growth, this role will own the day-to-day coordination of campaigns, digital marketing efforts and site operations across meater.com and Amazon in Europe. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive growth, maintain operational excellence, and ensure best-in-class execution across all digital touchpoints.

This is a key cross-functional role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for digital performance, consumer experience and localized execution.

This is an on-site position based at Traeger's HQ in Salt Lake City.

How You'll Help Us Win:

Regional Digital Marketing Execution

  • Support day-to-day eCommerce and digital marketing initiatives for UK, Germany, and broader Europe.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA retail team to develop and execute the European promotional calendar for DTC and Amazon.
  • Partner with the performance marketing agency to execute acquisition strategies and optimize paid media campaigns for regional growth. 


Campaign & Channel Support

  • Coordinate with the lifecycle marketing team to manage and execute the European email program, including promotional planning, product launches, and recipe content.
  • Work closely with the brand team to ensure cohesive messaging and increase brand awareness across key European markets.
  • Partner with the web operations specialist to maintain and update meater.com, ensuring regional relevance, accuracy, and UX quality.

Operations & Demand Forecasting

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure healthy inventory levels and support demand planning across the MEATER product catalog in all European markets.
  • Monitor and flag potential stock issues, contributing to smoother campaign planning and fulfillment.

Performance & Optimization

  • Track campaign and channel performance using available dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Drive data-driven discussions with agency and internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities across paid and owned media.
  • Support initiatives to improve conversion rates and performance on both meater.com and Amazon EU marketplaces.

What You Need To Win:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce roles
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Braze (or similar ESP)
  • Strong attention to detail, project management, excel skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a highly cross-functional environment and managing multiple campaigns at once
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn performance tools and apply insights
  • Bonus: fluency in German is a plus
