What you will do
The Associate, Client Acquisition is accountable for lead generation and acceleration to drive revenue outcomes.
You own lead nurture, qualification, and assignment across marketing and sales,
ensuring that every marketing-engaged lead advances as quickly as possible from
initial engagement to sales-qualified status. You originate leads across targeted
Trilliad
accounts, enabling our account teams to expand client relationships with new services.
Your work ensures pipeline creation through an efficient and effective lead hand-off
from marketing to sales.
Which means that on a day-to-day basis, you will:
Pipeline Generation and Outbound Prospecting
• Execute targeted outbound prospecting into high-potential accounts to originate
new leads and expand coverage within existing client relationships
• Identify and engage key decision-makers through personalized multi-channel
outreach that uncovers pain points and secures qualified meetings
• Book qualified meetings with prospects who meet defined fit and readiness criteria,
ensuring efficient use of sales capacity
Lead Qualification and Lifecycle Management
• Qualify inbound leads through live discovery conversations that assess
organizational fit, buying intent, and decision-making authority
• Manage direct follow-up with marketing-engaged leads to ensure prompt
engagement and reduce leakage between marketing touch and sales contact
• Route qualified leads to growth representatives with complete context and
supporting data to optimize conversion velocity
Nurture Program Design and Execution
• Build and optimize multi-channel nurture streams across Apollo, Qualified, Marketing
Engagement, phone, and LinkedIn to accelerate leads from acquisition to
qualification stage
• Analyze lead engagement patterns and conversion data to recommend content
topics, messaging, and formats that strengthen nurture effectiveness and improve
progression rates
• Adjust nurture timing, sequencing, and channel mix based on observed prospect
behavior to reduce sales cycle time
Trilliad
Salesforce Data Integrity and Process Discipline
• Maintain Salesforce data accuracy for lead and contact records, activity logging,
status updates, and opportunity association to support reliable pipeline visibility
• Enrich lead and contact data to ensure completeness of information required for
effective sales engagement and account planning
• Ensure adherence to lead lifecycle process requirements so that marketing-to-sales
handoff is frictionless and commercially productive
How you’ll do it
Because how we do things matters just as much as what we do at Trilliad, our Leadership
Principles should act as a compass directing the everyday behavior of every teammate
across the organization:
Growth Obsessed. For our business, our
clients, and our Selves.
Create Client Value. Become
irreplaceable
Business is Personal. Cultivate
relationships. Make space for connection.
Care about each other.
Tighten-Up. Focus, discipline, and rigor
count.
Lighten-Up. Humor and laughter deepen
bonds.
Strategy Without Execution Is Just
Dreaming. Hope is not a strategy. Vision
matters—so does execution.
You Have the Ball. Be accountable. Take
action. Go the distance.
Be One Team. No lone wolves. Have each
other’s back and help each other out.
Run Towards Problems. Symptoms signal
deeper causes. Find the root.
Raise The Bar. Good is the enemy of great.
Better never stops—be a Difference-
Maker!
Have the Hard Conversation. Be direct
and empathetic. Speak the truth, kindly.
Feedback is a gift.
Confusion Is a Choice. Stay curious—Seek
to understand. Share context—seek to be
understood.
Celebrate Results. Make recognition a
habit. Shine a light on what’s working, big
or small.
The Journey Matters. Meaningful work
takes time. Be patient. Think: the next 90
days and the next 10 years.
Think “We” not “Me.” Prioritize what’s best
for the business, the team, and the
journey.
