About Trilliad

Trilliad, a market-leading Growth Services Provider (GSP), solves challenges and drives results for Growth Leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Trilliad’s full-service solutions deliver competitive advantage for the brands it works with by optimizing their sales and marketing strategies, processes, skills, and technology. Trilliad drives efficiency and predictability at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to increase seller productivity, lower cost per lead, decrease cost per sale, accelerate time to close, and drive customer lifetime value.

At Trilliad, culture is our backbone. It shapes how we think, behave, and treat one another, and it defines how our clients, partners, and communities experience us. Every company has a culture, and at Trilliad, we make ours intentional—anchored in our Leadership Principles. These principles guide every decision and interaction: putting the company first, obsessing over growth, remembering that business is personal, and ensuring strategy turns into execution. We succeed by being one team, striving for greatness, speaking the truth, and holding ourselves accountable. We lighten up with humor, stay patient and disciplined, run towards problems, celebrate results, and never accept confusion as an option. This is the culture you step into at Trilliad—purposeful, lived, and continually developed.

What you will do

You are accountable for the flawless execution of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across client engagements, ensuring programs launch on time, on brand, and with full technical integrity. Operating across email, paid media, search, social, and web channels, you translate strategic direction into deployed campaigns that perform as designed—emails that render and deliver cleanly, paid media that targets and tracks correctly, copy that sounds like the client, and reporting that gives the team a clear read on what is working. Your accountability is measured by execution quality, deployment velocity, and the operational reliability that allows strategists and client teams to focus on performance and optimization rather than troubleshooting broken campaigns.

Which means that on a day-to-day basis, you will:

Campaign Execution and Deployment

  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and nurture programs in marketing automation platforms including HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot/Account Engagement, and Eloqua — ensuring technical accuracy, brand consistency, and on-time delivery across multiple concurrent client programs
  • Set up and manage paid search and paid social campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads — including keyword selection, audience targeting, budget allocation, ad copy variants, and tracking parameter implementation
  • Execute quality assurance on every campaign deployment — validating link functionality, email rendering across devices and clients, tracking parameter accuracy, list segmentation logic, and approval workflows before launch
  • Schedule and publish organic social content across client accounts — maintaining content calendars, adapting copy and creative to platform specifications, and ensuring brand voice consistency

Copywriting and Content Adaptation

  • Write and edit B2B copy for emails, ad variations, landing pages, and social posts — translating client messaging frameworks into channel-specific copy that drives engagement and conversion while maintaining brand voice and compliance standards
  • Adapt existing content and creative assets to fit channel requirements and campaign objectives — ensuring messaging consistency across touchpoints while optimizing for format, audience, and platform

Campaign Performance and Optimization Support

  • Pull campaign performance reporting from marketing automation platforms, ad platforms, and analytics tools — surfacing trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities to strategists and client teams
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budget utilization, and performance against benchmarks — flagging issues and recommending tactical adjustments to keep programs on track

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with strategists, designers, and marketing operations specialists to maintain program momentum — coordinating asset handoffs, clarifying requirements, and escalating blockers that threaten delivery timelines
  • Manage shifting client priorities and concurrent campaign timelines — balancing execution quality with speed and communicating proactively when scope or timing conflicts arise

How you’ll do it

Because how we do things matters just as much as what we do at Trilliad, our Leadership Principles should act as a compass directing the everyday behavior of every teammate across the organization:

Growth Obsessed. For our business, our clients, and our Selves.

Create Client Value. Become irreplaceable

Business is Personal. Cultivate relationships. Make space for connection. Care about each other.

Tighten-Up. Focus, discipline, and rigor count.

Lighten-Up. Humor and laughter deepen bonds.

Strategy Without Execution Is Just Dreaming. Hope is not a strategy. Vision matters—so does execution.

You Have the Ball. Be accountable. Take action. Go the distance.

Be One Team. No lone wolves. Have each other’s back and help each other out.

Run Towards Problems. Symptoms signal deeper causes. Find the root.

Raise The Bar. Good is the enemy of great. Better never stops—be a Difference-Maker!

Have the Hard Conversation. Be direct and empathetic. Speak the truth, kindly. Feedback is a gift.

Confusion Is a Choice. Stay curious—Seek to understand. Share context—seek to be understood.

Celebrate Results. Make recognition a habit. Shine a light on what’s working, big or small.

The Journey Matters. Meaningful work takes time. Be patient. Think: the next 90 days and the next 10 years.

Think “We” not “Me.” Prioritize what’s best for the business, the team, and the journey.

What You’ll Bring – Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

All Difference-Makers are expected to meet the Trilliad Standard for Transferable Skills and Knowledge, which defines the core capabilities every teammate must bring—regardless of role, function, or level.

Domain-Specific Knowledge

  • Campaign tracking conventions and performance measurement — You must understand UTM parameter structure, pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and basic performance reporting so that campaigns are instrumented correctly and performance data is reliable and actionable
  • How copy, creative, and landing experiences work together to drive conversion — You must understand the relationship between ad messaging, landing page experience, and offer clarity so that execution decisions across touchpoints create coherent user journeys rather than disjointed campaign fragments

Domain-specific experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on B2B marketing execution experience in an agency or in-house environment, with direct responsibility for building and deploying multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, and social
  • Experience building and deploying campaigns in a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot/Account Engagement, or Eloqua, including email creation, workflow configuration, list segmentation, and deployment QA
  • Experience setting up and managing paid search and paid social campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Microsoft Ads, including keyword selection, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and budget management

When you show up in this way—bringing your best and living our Leadership Principles— you can expect Trilliad to uphold its side of The Trilliad Agreement: a workplace in which we grow, connect, and thrive.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
