Basic Function
Trinity Medical Solutions (TMS) is a 24/7/365 operation that provides a critical service to the organ donation and transplantation community. The Enterprise Sales Manager role is critical in ensuring the organization’s ability to carry out its mission. This role is responsible for managing and increasing Trinity’s initiatives to further the company’s visibility/exposure to the industry, identifying qualified leads, and leading sales meetings that will result in increased growth, market share, and revenue.
III. Essential Enterprise Sales Manager Functions
- Develop, implement, and manage sales and growth strategies for Trinity.
- Lead new sales meetings, pitches, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development team on finding new qualified leads.
- Attending conferences, in-person sales meetings, and other industry events.
- Provide ideas for new market opportunities and strategies.
- Achieve and maintain KPIs for quarterly and annual sales growth targets.
- Develop and manage presentations, sales pitches, business plans, service proposals, and RFP responses.
- Managing the sales pipeline activity and entry of activities in company’s CRM/sales pipeline.
- Managing and oversight of sales marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate and work closely with the Director of Business Development for sales meetings, proposals, and negotiations to move leads through sales cycle to closing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with Operations team to understand Trinity’s service offerings and delivery.
- Support Customer Success Director on any customer management needs.
- Maintain a close working relationship with management and leadership to drive activity/results.
- Demonstrate an ability to make effective decisions and work collaboratively in a high stress team environment.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure a high level of service and accuracy.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
- Always demonstrate company core values and represent the brand in a positive manner in all internal and external communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications
- Education/Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, relationship/customer account management.
- Experience in technology/software utilized for lead capture, outreach, customer relationship management.
- Preferred but not required, experience in sales marketing or digital marketing.
- Skills/Aptitudes
- Strong relationship management and sales skills.
- Ability to make cold calls, pursue, and build relationships.
- Strong business development skills and analytical skills.
- Ability to retain knowledge and follow company policies and procedures.
- Proficient in computer software programs including Microsoft and basic data entry.
- Ability to learn and utilize medical terminology related to donation and transplantation.
- Must be able to apply learned knowledge to the job.
- Display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be organized and able to assist with multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to proficiently use the English language.
- Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening and background check.

- Physical and Mental Requirements
- Ability to work under stress with numerous interruptions, distractions, and changing priorities.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Requires long periods of sitting and standing.
- Requires the ability to travel regularly.
- At times, night and weekend availability will be required.
