
Ground Transportation Supervisor - Teterboro, NJ

Work Location
Must reside within 30 minutes of 485 Industrial Ave, 3rd Floor, Teterboro, NJ 07608. This role also supports drivers in Albany, Philadelphia, and Rochester, NY, and some travel to these locations is required.
Schedule
Full-time, regular business hours. May be called at night or on weekends to support the team as needed.

Compensation: Competitive pay, $73,000–$86,000 annual salary, includes RSUs

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Trinity driver team, ensuring top-tier performance and compliance with company standards.

Monitor safety compliance, audit driver statuses and timecards, and uphold operational excellence.

Oversee fleet maintenance and track vehicle upkeep through the Fleetio application.

Collaborate with the Logistics and Ground Operations teams to optimize driver utilization and compliance with duty/rest periods.

Conduct training, onboarding, and performance reviews in partnership with leadership.

Serve in a full-time capacity to support operations needs, including driving on missions only when needed to cover shift shortages.

Effectively communicate in a variety of forums and formats.

Attend department meetings regularly.

Ensure drivers adhere to all state laws regarding meal and rest breaks, maintaining compliance.
Qualifications
-
Experience in transportation, dispatching, or supervisory roles (fleet supervision preferred but not required).

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.

Clean driving record, ability to pass a drug/alcohol screening and background check.

Spanish fluency is a plus!
