Why Triple Whale Needs You:
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience for one of our core product streams. In this role, you’ll lead discovery, experience definition, and hands-on design execution- from problem framing and user research to UX/UI design, prototyping, and usability validation.
You’ll work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data, and Customer Experience partners to deeply understand user needs, shape product strategy, and translate insights into elegant, high-impact product experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, thinks systematically, and can balance strategic clarity with thoughtful craft.
We are prioritizing candidates based on the East Coast of the US or those who can comfortably work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
What You’ll Do:
End-to-End Experience Design
- Lead the full UX design process for your product area—from research and concepts to high-fidelity UI and delivery
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished interfaces using Figma
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements, scope solutions, and ensure smooth implementation
User Research Expertise
- Plan and conduct research to uncover user needs, motivations, and pain points (e.g., interviews, surveys, diary studies)
- Run usability testing and concept validation to inform iteration and improve product quality
- Synthesize findings into insights that shape product strategy and prioritization
Product & Strategy Influence
- Collaborate tightly with PMs to define problem spaces, frame opportunities, and evaluate trade-offs
- Contribute to product direction by grounding roadmap decisions in user outcomes, experience quality, and data
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify experience gaps and guide continuous improvement
Systems & Consistency
- Contribute to and expand our design system to ensure scalable and consistent UI patterns across the platform
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, clarity, and simplicity in every interaction throughout the user journey
Championship of Human-Centered Design
- Promote user-centered thinking across teams and stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and share insights to align teams around user needs
What You’ll Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in product/UX design, interaction design, or UX research—preferably in SaaS, analytics, AI, or e-commerce
- A portfolio that demonstrates:

- End-to-end product design work (from research → flow → UI)
- Experience leading or conducting user research
- Ability to translate insights into elegant design solutions
- Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and information architecture
- Experience designing and conducting research studies, synthesizing insights, and influencing product decisions
- High proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you can explain design rationale clearly and inspire buy-in
