As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will be the face of True Classic in your local community. Your role is to connect with customers, provide personalized guidance, and curate an outstanding shopping experience. By embodying our brand values, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales and building loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers warmly and professionally.
  • Deliver the TRUE Experience through our sales management process (training provided), ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
  • Assist customers in selecting merchandise tailored to their needs, offering thoughtful and personalized recommendations.
  • Become a product expert and educate customers about True Classic’s offerings.
  • Handle customer inquiries with confidence and accuracy.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts to highlight our products effectively.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Deliver exceptional service to earn top customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on current products, promotions, and trends.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven track record of outstanding customer service and consistently exceeding sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Climb ladders and step stools as necessary.
  • Maintain energy and focus in a busy retail setting.
